She is my "main" fursona, and most public facing OC for my internet and artist handles.

I've always seen Rumi as "me but unfiltered", in the sense that she is not hiding, or very badly veiling the unseeming parts of herself. Messy. Contradictory.

She is prideful, her ego is fragile. She is openly anxious, then confident to the point of arrogance. She is angry, she keeps it in until it explodes. She hates herself, hates that she does and hates that she has to fight to find something good because she knows it's in there.

...I swear there's times when she has fun! She's also bolsterous about that too, like the time she played Undertale with me. (Can you be delulu enough that your OC live reacts to your playthrough?? I will not seek an answer to this.)

Rumi used to be a lot more volatile, and saw me through the years where I was figuring myself out. Nowadays, she has a chance to chill out. Everything is still there, just blunted around the edges and mellowed with experience.
